ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Angela Wootson
Angela Wootson has dedicated over 30 years of her life to public education. She earned a Bachelor of Science and Master's Degree from Fort Valley State University, an Educational Specialist Degree from Troy State University, and an Educational Leadership add-on from Georgia State College University. During her career, she taught students in grades 3-8 in subjects like Language Arts, Science, and Life Skills. Additionally, she worked as a Graduation Coach, Instructional Coach, and Adjunct Professor at Middle GA Technical College (now Central GA Technical College) and Fort Valley State University. She also served as a Site Coordinator for the Read United Program. Angela currently volunteers for the Read United Program and collaborates with the Houston County Department of Juvenile Justice in their 1st Time Offenders Program. She is happily married and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
